Antonio Daif
Founder of ADF Advisory | Finance, Digital & Performance Management
Antonio Daif helps finance teams develop their processes and information systems. Formerly a consulting director at a major firm, he has extensive experience combining consulting and information systems integration.
His expertise covers finance transformation, performance management, project scoping and business-side project support. His recent assignments include financial and operational systems assessments, working capital optimisation and electronic invoicing.
His approach connects strategic priorities with operational realities to improve data reliability, simplify working practices and support informed decisions.
Educated at ESSEC Business School and trained as a computer and network engineer, he works in French and English.
