Privacy policy

Data collected

Through the contact form: name, email address, company, job title (optional), type of enquiry, project timeframe (optional) and message. If you share your self-assessment results, your answers and the questionnaire version are also saved.

The self-assessment can be completed without submitting any data: results are calculated in your browser.

Purposes

  • Respond to your enquiry and discuss your project.
  • Send you content only with your explicit consent.

Retention

  • Contact enquiries with no follow-up: during processing, then for no more than twelve months after closure.
  • Commercial proposal discussions: during follow-up and, if no further action is taken, for no more than three years after your last contact.
  • Technical data: for as long as necessary for the operation and security of the service.
  • If services are commissioned: throughout the contractual relationship, followed by restricted archiving of information required for legal obligations or the defence of our rights.
  • Accounting records: ten years from the end of the relevant financial year.

Audience measurement

  • Only one audience measurement tool (Google Analytics) is used. It remains disabled until you accept its activation in the website banner; no cookies from this tool are set or read before consent.
  • Refusing does not restrict access to the website or forms. Making no choice does not constitute consent.
  • Your choice is stored for 180 days in your browser’s local storage, without a cookie for this purpose.
  • The “_ga” and “_ga_<identifier>” cookies are retained for 180 days, without automatic renewal on each visit.
  • You may change or withdraw consent at any time using the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.

Your rights

Subject to applicable regulations, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may also provide instructions concerning your data after your death.
